For months Eric had been talking non stop about getting these amazing Caribbean sandwiches in Fremont. We attempted to get some over the Summer, but after waiting in line for over an hour we found out that it's cash only (cue sad face) and hit up Spaghetti Factory instead. You know something is good though when people stand in line, outside, in Seattle, in the rain, for hours. Well, the weekend before my birthday we finally got ourselves back out to Fremont (cash in hand) and waited in another long line for these "amazing" sandwiches. And guys, they were MIND BLOWING! Do yourself a favor and head over to Paseo whenever you are in town, say hello to the Fremont Troll (one of my favorite landmarks) and snap pictures of the Seattle skyline at Kerry Park!
Happy weekend!! xx
You can find my other Seattle favorite hot spots here.
