As summer quickly approaches, I've been working hard getting into shape!
Pilates, bodypump, treadmill, smoothies. What do you do to help get in shape, and what are you favorite healthy recipes? Make sure to share in the comment section below!

  1. I have been working out really hard too! But the hardest part for me is "belly" Do you have any advice to make it look completely flat?

    1. Hey girl! Apart from eating healthier and drinking lots of water to flush out all those bad things I love doing crunches, obliques, and laying on the back, legs at 90 degrees and lowering and raising slowly (make sure to keep your lower back flat on the ground).

    And I'm working out this much simply 'cause I love to eat everything, and I hate diets :)

  4. I jog every morning and go to the gym two I try to go more my schedule is so hectic and traveling for business does not make it easy. I have plenty of smoothie recipe on my blog I eat very healthy it benefit your looks and health.   7. I´m a runner and also love going to the gym, what I should do more serious is to reduce my chocolate daily dose lol love it so much, and I cant stop eating it!

  10. lots and lots of water! keeps you hydrated/energized and it does wonders for your skin. love that first photo. i'm working on my shoulder/back strength to be able to do handstands and bridge.

  12. Great summer motivation photos! Love sports like tennis, running and any outdoor activities. I never really tried the smoothies, but I love drinking green tea, its the secret for a flat stomach :) Have a great easter dear :)

  24. OK, those girls have amazing bods!
    I'm now at my 8th week of the running training and I'm feeling so much better in my skin than I did before. But the weight just won't go down - as soon as I come home I grab that chocolate bar, hhh ;).

  37. I am definitely prepping up for summer. Finding time to jog every day for 45 minutes and doing a few abs exercises. I've also joined in on the juicing fad, but had to stop since it was giving me a sore throat.

  40. i'm really digging this class at my gym called "body chisel". it's basically a cross fit/circuit type workout involving about 10 different stations. it's super fun-i don't get bored. (and by the end i'm sweating buckets!) good for you switching up your workouts! sounds like you're already beach ready!

  59. i am absolutely gym freak so cant afford to miss single day..and your diet is what it matters..i generally go for white eggs, milk, muesli, sprouts, salads.. so just like you i am trying to shed more weight for summers to get that hottie look, lol..P)
